What we collect
Contact form: name, company, work email, and what you write to us — used solely to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Hosting access logs: IP address, timestamp, and browser signature — kept by our hosting provider for security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and deleted on a rolling basis.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no profiling, no marketing cookies. Web fonts and all other assets are self-hosted — no requests reach Google or any third-party CDN, so no visitor data leaves with a page load.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@termbase.io. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Retention
Contact requests are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, then deleted unless a contractual relationship requires longer retention.
